At the time that I was filming water was not flowing through the curb cut on Maple Ave, it was flowing past it and down the street. Maybe if the flow was higher some of it would have made it through the Maple Ave curb cut.
Water was flowing into the storm drain on Pinehill Ave. Water was pooling in the drainage basin, not enough to reach the overflow structure in the basin.
