The drain pipe was blocked by leaves the standing water was over the top of the drain, and was overflowing the feature and back into the street at the far end of the feature. You website dsoes not seem tp upload my mp4s very well. Takies forever and mostly seems nbot to work. if this one comes without video it is becasue it will not upload properly. I can put them on youtube and send you a link but I know you want the file so let me know what to do.
